What does Get Total Debt Relief do?

Get Total Debt Relief is a debtor-side debt consulting firm. We work for the person who owes the money. We prepare your file before anything is submitted, so that your equity, your assets, your spousal rights and, where it applies, your business are accounted for from the start.

What kinds of debt do you work with?

All of them: personal debt, business and corporate debt, and tax debt owed to the Canada Revenue Agency.

Is Get Total Debt Relief a Licensed Insolvency Trustee?

No. We are a debt consulting firm, and we say so up front. A consumer proposal or a bankruptcy must be filed with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy by a Licensed Insolvency Trustee. We prepare your file, and a trustee we recommend files the completed application.

How long have you been doing this?

Thirty-five years in the bankruptcy and proposal field.
